Director, Real Estate Investments Helix Properties, LLC Marc Altieri began his career in the commercial real estate industry immediately following graduation from college in 1996. As Director, Real Estate Investments for Helix Properties, LLC, Mr. Altieri is in charge of handling the day-to-day operations of the firm’s acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing and development activities. In association with the firm’s principals and investors, Mr. Altieri identifies new acquisition and development opportunities and handles the offer, negotiation, financing, due diligence and closing process for all transactions undertaken by the firm. Mr. Altieri also works as an independent consultant assisting real estate buyers, sellers, developers, lenders, brokers and investors in the underwriting, feasibility, due diligence and closing processes of their transactions. Prior to joining Helix Properties, Mr. Altieri was Director of Business Development for Surety Placement Services, a national surety bond account management group, and Director or Real Estate Finance and Sales for Opus West Corporation, the largest regional operating company of Opus Corporation, a leading national real estate development company. Mr. Altieri holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Arizona
